Cupping Notes: Tangerine, Apricot, Juicy, Intense. Description: This coffee is from the estate of producer Juan Urrutia located in the Erandique district of the Lempira region in Honduras. Juan is a second generation coffee farmer and graduated as an Agronomist in 2008. The farm expands for 20 acres. 6 of those acres planted with coffee. Harvesting generally takes place from December to March. The growing altitude at the estate is around 1600m and the variety is Caturra. The coffee undergoes a 12 hour fermentation before drying on patios.
