Cupping Notes: Slightly Savory with notes of Chocolate, Black Currant, and Citrus. Bright acidity with good body. Description: This coffee comes from the famed growing region of Nyeria, Mount Kenya from several smallholder estates at high elevations of 1,500m in volcanic red soil. Kenya coffee has a sharp, winey taste with a pronounced fruity undertone. To bring out some of the more subtle flavor notes we recommend a light to medium roast, or if you prefer a more robust cup, a dark roast will suit your needs perfectly.
